I am passionate about crafting as it is so therapeutic in essence, helping me work through every day life situations and those often stressful days, which depletes our energy completely.  I can truly lose myself in my creative space, listening to music and having yet another cup of coffee whilst browsing my supplies or playing with some items.  Don't you just love "shopping" in your own stash, finding long forgotten things?

I love anything Vintage, Steampunk, Shabby Chic, French Cottage Style and of course vibrantly bright and bold color combinations.

I often create Mixed Media pieces and incorporate it even in my paper crafts too.  Journaling is the latest craze with me, rather wanting to create, than use the journals and ephemera.  Another fascinating art, is making Collage Fodder. It is a mindful activity and helps, like my other crafts, to curb anxiety and depression.
